Surgery rules out O'Connor

Birmingham City striker Garry O'Connor has been ruled out for up to eight weeks following a groin operation.

The Scotland striker was injured in the warm-up before the Championship clash at QPR in late October, but Blues were initially hoping to avoid the need for surgery.
